It's December!

Our babygirl is due in 10 days & mama's hips hurt! However, I am enjoying my time here with Gavin while school is out! He is such a smart lil boy! He knows shapes & is always learning something new! We are working on colors, numbers & abc's. One of his favorite things to do now days is watch video's on YouTube. He watches anything from Monster trucks, nemo, dinosaurs & learning video's.

We will be busy once the baby arrives but at least hopefully I won't feel like im carrying around a ton of bricks. I look forward to working out & getting back into shape for the summer!

Christmas is just a few days away! I am excited to see how Gavin enjoys his presents! There are none under the tree as of now because he LOVES to open presents!

Motivated for Thanksgiving!

So for the past 2 years Kerry has been deployed during the upcoming holidays! And even though he is not here, I always say I'm gonna do something nice for dinner & never do! I'm not much of a cook! So I have came to the conclusion that if I don't map it out, write it down, MAKE A MENU it's not gonna happen! So that is just what I did! I have just completed a 5 page menu of Yummy Thanksgiving Foods! Some are unique and some are fun for Lil man! And All of these are things I have NEVER made before! So please, say a lil prayer! I would love to be a great cook of yummy creative foods! But it always ends up so boring! ha ha.

Even though some of these look easy and others kinda extravagant! The good thing is, I'm pretty good at following directions!

It's a GIRL

We found out today that our next baby is going to be a Girl! We are so happy that we are going to be blessed with a daughter! Now we will have a boy & girl!

Our lil man will be turning 2 this Saturday! I am so proud of him because he is so smart and a very good boy! I thank God for blessing me with Children & giving me the patience and wisdom to teach them the most important things in life! Knowing HIM!

Pee pee in the Potty!

G man has had a potty since he turned ONE, I thought I could potty train him this summer. Well being prego put a damper on that as well as his non-interest!

We last night gave us hope,  G man was about to take a bath (so I took all his clothes & diaper off). He was standing there looking at himself, and so I thought.... maybe he has to go pee pee! So we ran to the Potty and I sat him on it and he pee pee'd. Although it was just a lil bit, it was still VERY EXCITING because he is actually beginning to get the concept! He kept getting up and looking in the potty! He is growing up so fast & so smart!

*I have Never potty trained anyone, so if you have any tips! Please leave them for us!!!

So originallly I had made a blog just for Gavin, then I made one for myself. well lets just say I got a lil blog happy! ha ha.
